Now, I may have suggested earlier that the reason I’ve been a little bit rubbish in the keeping-my-website-up-to-date department is that I’ve been too busy studying. Those who know me well enough may well be thinking something along the lines of:

“pfffffffffffffffffffffffffft.”

And you’d be right.

Last week I walked past a billboard at my local shopping centre with a giant headline that simply read:

#OMGB

It’s been a while between posts, hasn’t it? Normally when this happens, I come up with some pathetic excuse to explain why I’ve been neglecting my blog, usually involving interstate travel, or a lack of inspiration or falling in love or whatever.

This time…

My wife and I like a good trivia night. We regularly attend one here in Indooroopilly and will often head out for a fundraiser if the opportunity comes up. We do okay on most topics, but there’s one round that is guaranteed to a) be present and b) make me pull my hair out in frustration.

The music round.

It’s a strange thing for a so-called musician to get annoyed with. You would think it would be the round that the musician in the group would knock out of the park.
